
I’ve been feeling low recently and couldn’t understand why. Some of it is possibly still too much sugar in the day which leads to big mood swings, another one not an early enough caffeine curfew and less nurturing sleep therefore. Lol, I’ve been bingeing on ice cream too much lately and can relate. It’s great to list down your goals, because I’ve found that once I retrieve them from my mind and put them down on paper, that they have a higher chance of coming true. Anyway, thanks for this post!
